Richard is a dynamic leader with a rare blend of entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of human behaviour. A first-class honours graduate who finished top of their class at Trinity College Dublin, Richard has earned accolades such as the Howard Kilroy Business Award and the Trinity College Entrepreneur Award.

In 2003, Richard founded EasyDoesIt Accounting and brings over two decades of experience—mastering everything from the foundational aspects of bookkeeping to high-level strategic planning aimed at creating sustainable business value. This technical proficiency is matched by an ability to translate complex financial concepts and data into clear, coherent, actionable insights—and, importantly, to articulate them in a way that everyone in a business can understand and leverage.

Richard is also a qualified life and workplace coach and an equine-assisted learning facilitator. Through his work with horses—who respond only to authenticity, clarity, and presence—he helps people develop the social and emotional skills needed to turn insight into action and sustain peak performance. This ensures the solutions he delivers aren't just implemented—they stick.
